How do I refer friends? Who can I refer?


You can refer friends by sharing your personalised link. You can find your link by logging into your account section here. You can then share your unique link with your family and friends.

What are the qualifying criteria to earn rewards?


As an existing Clear Mobile customer, you will need to have paid your most recent bill. The friend you refer will need to join Clear Mobile and pay their first bill. For full qualifying criteria, please see our T&C’s here.

Is there an expiry date on the gift card code?


All gift card codes will expire on 30 September 2022.

What rewards can I earn?


For each friend you refer to Clear Mobile, both you and your friend will receive a €10 gift card code redeemable on supermacs.ie or papajohns.ie as long as the qualifying criteria have been met.

Is the gift card code redeemable in-store?


No. The gift card code is only redeemable online at supermacs.ie or papajohns.ie

How and when will my friend and I receive our rewards?


If you have referred a friend, once they join Clear Mobile and pay their first bill, we’ll send you and your friend an invite to claim your reward within 30 days. You’ll receive your unique €10 gift card code to use on supermacs.ie or papajohns.ie via email.

I haven’t received my reward


If you have referred a friend, and they have joined Clear Mobile and paid their first bill, it can take up to 30 days to receive your reward. If it has been more than 30 days, please connect with our live chat team.

How can I check the status of my friends who have signed up / joined / rewards?


You can check the status of your referrals on your referral dashboard when you log in here. Keep an eye on your emails as we'll send you a link to redeem your reward once your referral has been confirmed. Please ensure you check your junk folder.

What happens if my friend joins but doesn’t pay their first bill?


If your friend joins Clear Mobile but does not pay their first bill, you and your friend will not receive a reward.

I’m not a Clear Mobile customer, can I still refer friends to Clear Mobile?


No, the Clear Mobile Refer a Friend programme is only open to active Clear Mobile customers.

Why was my reward declined?


Unfortunately if your reward was declined, it means your referral hasn’t met the qualifying criteria. This may include:

  • You are not a Clear Mobile customer
  • Your friend did not pay their first bill upon joining Clear Mobile
  • Your friend was an existing Clear Mobile customer before receiving a referral link

What if a friend joins Clear Mobile but forgets to use my link?


If your friend joins Clear Mobile but does not use your link, you and the friend you referred will not be eligible for a reward.
