How do I register for my Clear Mobile online account?


To register for your online account, you need a temporary password to sign in with.

What can I do with my Clear Mobile online account?


Within your Clear Mobile account, you can view, download and print your bills, update how you pay your bill, change your marketing preferences and access live chat support.

I've forgotten my Clear Mobile password, what should I do?


If you have forgotten your password, there is a “forgot your password” option on the sign in page, where we can send you a temporary password and can then create a new one.

How will I know my online bill is ready so I can check it?


When your latest bill is available online, we will send you a text or email.

Can I print my bill?


Yes. To print your bill, follow these simple steps:

  • Sign in to My Clear Mobile.ie
  • Click download bill – you may need the latest version of Adobe Reader
  • Roll over the bottom of the PDF bill to display more options
  • Click on the printer icon
  • Choose which pages you want to print and click Ok
  • Save a copy of your bill to your desktop and you can print it later

 

How many bills are available to view on my Clear Mobile account?


You can see the last 13 bills on your account.

What is two-factor authentication (2FA)?


Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an additional layer of security when you log in.  

It requires you to provide two or more pieces of information to verify your identity. 

These will usually be: 

 - something you know e.g. your password 

 - something you have e.g. your phone,

to receive a security code.

Why do I need two-factor authentication (2FA)?


We want to make your data more secure and make it more difficult for others to access your information.   

Two-factor authentication (2FA) makes it much more difficult for someone else to gain access to your account, even if they have your password. 


 

Do I have to use two-factor authentication (2FA)?


Yes. We are making two-factor authentication mandatory.

This is to help make your data more secure and make it more difficult for hackers to access your information. 
 

What do I need to do to use two-factor authentication (2FA)?


First enter your username and password to log in. 

Then we'll send a 6-digit security code to your phone number to verify it's you.  

This extra security step means that even if someone else has your username and password, your account will still be secure. 

For two-factor authentication (2FA), what do I do if I don't receive the security code immediately?


If you do not receive the 6-digit security code and the phone number is correct, please, wait for a few minutes.
