Popular questions

Can I keep my number when I move over?

Yes, you can choose to bring your existing mobile number over to us or get a brand new number. You can decide when you sign up and choose the date you want to move over.

When will my plan with unlimited call, texts & data end?

Your offer will continue on a rolling 30 day contract.

Is unlimited data really unlimited?

Yes, when we say unlimited data, we really mean it, meaning no fair usage policy applies in the Republic of Ireland. Plus, when you go roaming to another country for holidays or work, there is a 16GB data allowance within EU countries. For more information on data roaming please check out our roaming FAQ’s.

What is two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an additional layer of security when you log in.

It requires you to provide two or more pieces of information to verify your identity.

These will usually be:

 - something you know e.g. your password
 - something you have e.g. your phone, to receive a security code

Two-factor authentication (2FA) makes it much more difficult for someone else to gain access to your account, even if they have your password.

Do I have to use two-factor authentication (2FA) to log into my account?

Yes. We are making two-factor authentication mandatory. This is to help make your data more secure and make it more difficult for anyone else to access your information.
